Hey guys, I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while, and have been jogging for 5 days a week. But recently I saw an article that said that sprinting was more natural and a better form of exercise then jogging. Do you think this is true? And if so, should I quit jogging and start sprinting? Thanks for the help.
